Engineering Services and Industrial Construction Group
Formerly known in the Lithuanian market as Montuotojas UAB, having gained solid experience over the years and earned the trust of its customers, the group was created in 2023 by separating its manufacturing and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities into separate companies. The group of companies currently consists of Montuotojas UAB, FERN Production UAB and FERN EPC UAB.

The origins of the organisation date back to 1959. Since then, the company, known on the market as Montuotojas, has developed a team of experienced specialists who have completed more than 100 major projects in industrial, energy, logistics, petroleum, woodworking, chemical, paper, food and agricultural facilities. In 2019, Montuotojas was acquired by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, the largest private equity investment fund in the Baltics.
